At Prospect House Farm, we’ve created a relaxed family-friendly campsite, like they used to be! The site is small and set on our rural working farm. So, the kids will be surrounded by nature and have space to run around, explore and have heaps of fun.
Safe & carefree
Our 4-acre meadow is a car-free camping zone – offering safe and carefree exploration for your little ones. Gentle slopes and tree-lined areas provide a calming natural backdrop. There is plenty of space to simply relax and do nothing at all, if you choose!

Whether you’re in a tent, camper van, or motorhome, we’ve got the perfect spot for your family. Want to camp near friends or extended family? Just ask and we’ll make it happen.

If you’re looking for outdoor adventures, we’re nestled within the breathtaking North York Moors natural landscape, offering the perfect balance of adventure and tranquillity. There are walking trails straight from your tent, wild deer calmly grazing in the nearby fields, and night-time star gazing in one of the world’s Dark Sky Reserves.
The vibrant North Yorkshire coastal towns of Scarborough and Whitby are close by, for fun-filled days out to the seaside.
