Have you ever snapped a photo during your holiday and thought, “That really captures the moment”? Maybe it was the crackle of the campfire, a peaceful sunrise over the fields, or a shared giggle between the kids as they toasted marshmallows. If so, this is your chance to turn those memories into something even more rewarding!
We’re excited to announce the return of our Annual Photo Competition at Prospect House Farm Campsite – and this year, the prizes are better than ever.
What’s Up for Grabs?
We’re giving one lucky winner in each category a voucher equal to the full value of their previous stay (maximum £100) – and the runner-up in each category will receive a £50 voucher to use toward a future stay. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of our story, and for capturing the special moments that make our site what it is.
The Categories
We’ve chosen 5 categories that we think capture the essence of our little patch of paradise. You can enter as many as you like – though each person can only win once:
- 🔥 Around the Campfire – warmth, stories, toasted treats, and glowing faces.
- 👨👩👧👦 Family Time – laughter, bonding, and all the joyful chaos of camping together.
- 🧘 A Peaceful Moment – quiet cups of tea, early morning stillness, or just time to breathe.
- 🌌 Stargazing – our Dark Sky Reserve views at their most magical.
- 🐾 Nature – wildlife, wildflowers, and all the little details that make the countryside come alive.

- You can enter multiple categories, but you can only win once.
- All prizes are issued as vouchers for future stays at Prospect House Farm Campsite.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and exclude extras and Greener Camping Club membership.

Full Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before entering the Photo Competition. By entering, you are agreeing to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
- The competition is open to anyone who has stayed at Prospect House Farm Campsite.
- Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian permission to enter.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
2. How to Enter
To be eligible, you must:
- Submit your photo(s) by email to info@prospecthousefarmcampsite.co.uk with the subject line: “Photo Competition”.
- Follow us on either Facebook or Instagram. A bonus entry is awarded for following both.
- Like and share at least one of our Photo Competition posts on Facebook or Instagram.
- Entries must be received before the published deadline. Late entries may not be considered.
3. Categories
Entrants may submit one or more photos in any of the following categories:
- Around the Campfire
- Family Time
- A Peaceful Moment
- Stargazing
- Nature
You may enter multiple categories, but you may only win one prize across all categories.
4. Prizes
Each category will have:
- One winner who will receive a voucher equal to the full value of their previous stay at Prospect House Farm Campsite (with a maximum limit of £100, excluding extras and Greener Camping Club membership).
- One runner-up who will receive a £50 voucher to use towards a future stay.
Additional Prize Details:
- All prizes are issued as vouchers redeemable against a future stay at Prospect House Farm Campsite.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
- Only one prize per person will be awarded, even if they place in multiple categories.
5. Judging and Winner Selection
- Winners and runners-up will be chosen by the Prospect House Farm team based on creativity, relevance to the category, and overall impact.
- Winners will be announced around October, at the end of the season.
- The decision of the judges is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
6. Photo Usage Rights
By submitting a photo, you:
- Confirm that the image is your own work and that you have full rights to it.
- Grant Prospect House Farm Campsite a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the image in marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, social media, print promotions, and advertising.
- Consent to your name and/or social media handle being credited alongside your image where appropriate.
- Confirm that any people featured in the photo have given permission to be photographed and for the image to be used publicly (or that you have parental/guardian permission for minors featured).
7. Data Protection
- Your personal information will only be used for the administration of the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
- You may request for your data or images to be removed from our records at any time after the competition concludes.
8. Changes and Cancellation
- Prospect House Farm Campsite reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or where deemed necessary.
