Frequently Asked Questions – Gift Cards
When will my Gift Card expire?
All Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. You only need to book your stay within this time — the stay itself can happen afterwards.
How do I use my Gift Card?
When booking online, enter your voucher code at checkout.
If booking over the phone, simply quote the Gift Card number.
Can I send the promotional Gift Card directly to someone else?
Yes! Promotional vouchers can be sent straight from us to your chosen recipient.
Just let us know their name and email or postal address after purchase.
How long will it take to arrive?
Digital Gift Cards are emailed instantly to the email address used at checkout.
Posted vouchers may take a little longer depending on Royal Mail times.
Can I buy a Gift Card for a specific cabin or pitch?
To keep things simple and flexible, Gift Cards can be used across any glamping cabin or camping booking at Prospect House Farm.
Standard Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the issue date. Bookings must be made within this period, but the stay may take place afterwards.
- If your stay costs more than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance is payable by the Gift Card holder.
- If your stay costs less than the Gift Card value, no cash refund is given — the remaining balance will be reissued as a new Gift Card.
- Gift Card value is deducted at the time of booking.
- Travel costs to and from Prospect House Farm are the responsibility of the Gift Card holder.
- When booking online, enter your unique Gift Card reference number. For phone bookings, quote the number to our team.
- Gift Cards are single-use, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If you do not receive your Gift Card by email, please contact hello@prospecthousefarm.co.uk as soon as possible.

£50 Promotional Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- Promotional £50 Christmas Gift Cards are valid until 31 March 2026. Bookings must be made before this date, but stays may take place afterwards.
- Only one promotional £50 Gift Card can be used per booking.
- Promotional £50 Cards cannot be used with any other offer, discount, or Gift Card.
- The promotional campaign ends at 11:59pm on 24 December 2025.
- All other Terms & Conditions follow the Standard Gift Card Terms.
